1. General Information

VentureXplorer Inc. is a U.S.-based company specializing in custom-built campers, mobile workspaces, and modular units. All products are built to order based on customer specifications.

2. Orders & Payments

• A $500 non-refundable design deposit is required to begin planning and CAD drawings.

• Once the design is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin production.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion prior to pickup or delivery.

• Orders will not proceed to production until the required deposit is received.

3. Custom Builds

• All units are custom-built to order.

• Final designs must be approved by the customer before production begins.

• Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and delays.

• Due to the custom nature, all sales are considered final once production starts.

4. Production & Lead Time

• Estimated production time is 2–4 months, depending on complexity and workload.

• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• VentureXplorer Inc. is not liable for delays outside of its control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer nationwide and international shipping.

• Shipping costs, taxes, and handling fees are not included unless otherwise stated.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• Any damage during shipping must be reported upon delivery.

6. Warranty

• All builds include a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship and manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Customer-supplied parts or third-party modifications

• Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has started.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress custom builds.

8. Customer-Supplied Parts

• If customers choose to provide their own components, VentureXplorer Inc. is not responsible for compatibility, performance, or failures related to those parts.

9. Use & Compliance

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their unit complies with local laws, DMV requirements, and insurance regulations.

• VentureXplorer Inc. is not responsible for registration, titling, or legal compliance after delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

• VentureXplorer Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.

• Use of the product is at the customer’s own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

• All designs, concepts, and materials created by VentureXplorer Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Showroom & Appointments

• Our showroom is appointment-based only.

• Customers are encouraged to schedule in advance and bring their vehicle for proper planning.

13. Changes to Terms

VentureXplorer Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
