Welcome to VentureXplorer Inc. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.venturexplorers.com), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

VentureXplorer Inc. designs and manufactures The CamperBoxx, a portable RV pod solution for high-roof vans and trailers.

  • All products are made to order. Production begins once your deposit is received and confirmed.

  • Each unit comes with a Certificate of Origin.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

  • Prices are subject to change and do not include shipping or applicable taxes.

  • Financing may be available through approved third-party providers.

3. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

  • Standard production time is 60–90 days, depending on supplier and manufacturing lead times.

  • Unforeseen delays may occur; customers will be notified if timelines shift.

  • Once units arrive at our U.S. facility, they undergo a 1–3 day quality inspection before shipment.

  • Freight shipping is calculated separately based on destination and delivery requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Pickup from our facility is available by appointment.

4. WARRANTY & SUPPORT

  • A 1-Year Limited Warranty covers: structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, doors, and slide components.

  • Warranty excludes: removable appliances, wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Claims require valid proof of purchase.

  • Remote support is available for out-of-state customers. Replacement parts or local repair reimbursements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of production.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Refunds are only issued if VentureXplorer Inc. is unable to fulfill the order.

  • Return requests must be pre-approved.

  • If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Units must be returned in unused, original condition and properly packaged.

6. PRODUCT USAGE & LIABILITY

  • The CamperBoxx is classified as cargo and does not require DMV registration.

  • It is not designed for occupancy while the vehicle is in motion.

  • Customers are responsible for proper installation and usage.

  • VentureXplorer Inc. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage due to misuse, improper installation, or third-party alterations.

7. STORAGE & VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

  • The CamperBoxx is designed for high-roof cargo vans (minimum 10 ft interior length) or compatible trailers.

  • Pod dimensions: Approx. 92" L x 58" W x 72" H (subject to minor variation).

  • When not in use, the unit can be stored indoors or outdoors.

  • A protective weather-resistant cover is available for purchase.

  • Interior pod storage is limited; however, remaining cargo space in the host vehicle may be used for additional gear.

  • Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific vehicle.

8. PATENTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CamperBoxx is protected by patents, trademarks, and copyrights owned by VentureXplorer Inc.

  • All product designs, website content, logos, and related media are the exclusive property of VentureXplorer Inc.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and enforceable by law.
