Thank you for choosing VentureXplorer. Below you’ll find all the important details regarding how we handle production, inspection, and shipping of your order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Made-to-Order Production Timeline
Each unit is made to order to ensure quality and customization. Once your deposit is received, production will begin and typically takes 60 to 90 days. While custom-built timelines can often stretch much longer, our process is designed to be efficient—getting you road-ready faster than traditional van builds.
Quality Control & Inspection
Once your unit arrives at our facility, it will be uncrated and thoroughly inspected for quality assurance. This inspection process takes 1–3 business days. We want to ensure every pod meets our standards before it reaches your hands.
Final Payment & Shipment
After inspection is complete, we will notify you and issue a final invoice for the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid in full, your unit will be shipped via freight to your specified delivery address.

Freight shipping costs are not included in the unit price and will be billed separately.

Shipping rates vary depending on your location, freight provider availability, and any access requirements (e.g., residential delivery, liftgate service, forklift service).

We will provide full tracking information once your item is en route.
Local Pickup Option
You may also pick up your unit directly from our facility by appointment only. This option may be ideal for customers located nearby or those wanting to arrange their own transportation.
Delivery Timeframe
Transit time varies by region but typically ranges from 5 to 20 business days once shipped. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may take longer.
Freight Delivery Notes

Most units will be shipped on a pallet and require freight access at the delivery address.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the unit at the time of delivery.

If damage occurs during shipping, it must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately for resolution.
