Our Story: The Birth of VentureXplorer

How It Started
It started with longtime business partners and friends, Tinson and Johnny. Before VentureXplorer, Tinson had been Johnny’s supplier for his other business, and over the years their B2B relationship turned into friendship. Like always, they met up for lunch and asked the usual, “How’s business?” Johnny was running his moving company and Tinson was operating his international supply business. Somewhere in the middle of the conversation, RV life came up. Johnny talked about taking his motorhome out now and then, but also about how frustrating it was to drive something that big, and how expensive it was to pay for storage when it wasn’t in use. Johnny thought about downsizing by converting one of his work vans into a camper, but quickly realized that would leave him short on a vehicle for his moving company. That was when the idea surfaced: what if there was a way to have a camper setup that was prebuilt, but not permanent, so the van or trailer could still be used for work when needed?
From Idea to Prototype
With Tinson’s manufacturing connections overseas and Johnny’s drive to find a better way, the idea started to take shape. Two years of planning, designing, prototyping, and securing a patent finally brought their first unit to life. Johnny tested it the only way he knew how, by thrashing it through the desert and hitting ruts on purpose to see what would fail. Every weakness became an opportunity to improve, and the second prototype came out stronger, smarter, and more refined. From the start, the mindset was simple: if it wasn’t good enough for us, it wouldn’t be good enough for anyone else. When they brought the pod to their first trade show, the response was overwhelmingly positive. People immediately connected with the concept, and their feedback sparked even more ideas on how it could be used. That was the moment Tinson and Johnny realized this would never be a finished product in the traditional sense. The ideas and upgrades keep flowing, and they constantly ask themselves what else can we do. That drive for improvement has become part of the DNA of VentureXplorer.
Partners with a Purpose
Through this journey, Tinson and Johnny became the perfect partners, working side by side and pushing each other forward. They emphasized quality above all, with customer service at the core of everything. The goal has never just been to build a product, but to build trust, to build a brand people can love and support. And one day, when this dream grows into something even bigger, the hope is to give back to the same community that believed in them from the start.

Meet Johnny: The Guy Who Got Chased Into RVing
From Tent Camping to RV Nightmares
Hey, I’m Johnny. Just a regular guy who loves the outdoors, speed, and the occasional sketchy adventure that makes you rethink your life choices. Most days you’ll catch me ripping through the desert on a dirt bike, cruising on my motorcycle, or hauling gear in a trailer. But my road to RV life started with one unforgettable camping trip.
The wife and I were tent campers until one night a bear decided to join us. Safe to say, we weren’t on its guest list. That was the moment we realized maybe it was time for some walls.
Enter the RV life: comfort, security… and nonstop repairs. If you’ve ever owned one, you know the struggle. Every trip turned into “Can Johnny Fix It?” with leaking pipes, rattling cabinets, and constant maintenance. Add in towing a trailer everywhere because I refuse to leave my toys behind, and it stopped feeling like freedom.
From Moving Houses to Moving Adventures
By day, I run a moving and delivery company. Big trucks, heavy lifting, and plenty of problem-solving. I like being hands-on and finding smarter ways to get things done. So when RV life turned into a money pit, I started asking: isn’t there a better way?
That’s how VentureXplorer and The CamperBoxx were born. I wanted something that could turn a van or trailer into a camper without gutting it, draining the bank, or waiting months for a build. A setup I could load and go without the RV headaches. And now, I get to help others do the same.
The Adventure Continues…
For me, adventure isn’t just a hobby, it’s how I live. With The CamperBoxx, I’m making it easier for anyone to chase theirs, whether you’re a weekend warrior, a full-time road nomad, or just someone who doesn’t want a bear breathing down their neck at 3 AM.
P.S. If you’re in So Cal, I might even deliver it myself. Free of charge? Maybe. Depends if you’ll let me take your bike for a spin.

Meet Tinson: The Family Man & The Guy Who Never Sits Still
From Global Business to the American Dream
My journey in international business started in 1999, scaling and investing in ventures across multiple industries from manufacturing to logistics and beyond. After more than a decade of working in global markets, I took a leap in 2012 and moved to the U.S., embracing a new challenge and a fresh perspective. Here I found a culture of innovation and opportunity that matched my entrepreneurial drive.
Business, Adventure, and Pushing Limits
For me, business is more than a career. It is a way of life. I have built my success on taking risks with intent, adapting to change, and spotting opportunities where others only see obstacles. Beyond the boardroom I live for adventure. Whether it is skiing fresh powder, cycling new terrain, or pushing myself through endurance sports, I believe in testing limits in every part of life. The same drive that fuels my work pushes me to explore, grow, and take on challenges head on.
Beyond Profit, Building for Impact
Success has never been only about financial gains. It is about building something meaningful that lasts. I do not just invest in businesses, I invest in people, in ideas, and in opportunities that move industries forward. That is why VentureXplorer is more than just another company to me. It is a movement. It is about breaking the mold, giving people the freedom to explore on their terms, and offering a smarter alternative to the overpriced and complicated camper market.
We are not here to chase trends. We are here to set them. Every dollar earned is reinvested into innovation, expanding into commercial uses, and improving our product through real-world use. The goal is not simply to sell a product, but to build a brand that changes the way people travel, work, and live on the road.
